As a C-level Technology Executive, Advisor, and Board Member, Chris brings strategic capabilities and hands-on leadership. He fosters trust and cohesion among executives and teams, ensuring successful turnarounds, transformations, and transactions. Chris successfully delivers significant improvements in EBITDA, revenue, and operational performance across private, public, and PE-backed companies.
Since graduate school, Chris has endeavored to be a senior technology executive and an advisor to other executives, achieving his first executive position in 2005 and continuing as an executive today.
Chris transcends traditional functions to think critically and cross-functionally, solving the organization’s most pressing problems. He has expertise with VC & PE-backed companies and experience in M&A, due diligence, and integrations.
He has succeeded in large corporate, technology, and technology services in the public, private, and partnership domains. His proven leadership and management know-how consistently deliver substantial EBITDA, revenue, and operating performance improvements.

Brian’s strength lies in his ability to navigate the intricate world of deep technology within your organization while also effectively addressing issues of efficiency, effectiveness, and agility. He is adept at engaging with staff at all levels, supporting initiatives that demand profound technical acumen, and providing concise summaries and support to executive stakeholders. Since his early days as a software developer, Brian has recognized that the most brilliant technical solutions are futile if others cannot comprehend them.
Brian has supported many clients in developing Intelligent Operations Strategies as a member of Advisory and Technical Services organizations. He has helped large clients build out Tools and Monitoring Strategies for enterprise software deployments in a number of verticals (finance, insurance, logistics, retail)) resulting in solid monitoring solutions and operational enablement in the ServiceManagement layer. He understands the roles in the NOC and their changing reality as Observability becomes an expectation for the businesses they support. He has comfort in helping traditional NOC roles realize the changes required to reap the benefits, as he’s been part of many successful end-to-end.

At Triad Executive Advisors, David collaborates with clients to assess and solve complex business challenges and lead successful completion of key initiatives. He focuses on turning strategic plans into actionable results through program leadership, process design, and performance measurement.
Engaged as the Head of IT PMO of Prism Vision Group, David established proper controls and procedures for critical IT projects, including the due diligence and implementation of 20+ acquired companies, improving IT Finance capabilities and projections, and elevating the IT function across the organization.
