As a C-level Technology Executive, Advisor, and Board Member, Chris brings strategic capabilities and hands-on leadership. He fosters trust and cohesion among executives and teams, ensuring successful turnarounds, transformations, and transactions. Chris successfully delivers significant improvements in EBITDA, revenue, and operational performance across private, public, and PE-backed companies.
Since graduate school, Chris has endeavored to be a senior technology executive and an advisor to other executives, achieving his first executive position in 2005 and continuing as an executive today.
Chris transcends traditional functions to think critically and cross-functionally, solving the organization’s most pressing problems. He has expertise with VC & PE-backed companies and experience in M&A, due diligence, and integrations.
He has succeeded in large corporate, technology, and technology services in the public, private, and partnership domains. His proven leadership and management know-how consistently deliver substantial EBITDA, revenue, and operating performance improvements.

With a career spanning multiple sectors, including technology, energy, healthcare, and education, Karleen has helped organizations scale, drive growth, and optimize workforce management. As a CHRO, CPO, and HR strategist, she brings deep expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, M&A due diligence and integration, and HR department leadership, having completed over 32 acquisitions across various organizations, including BP, Baker Tilly, and PRISM Vision Group.
Karleen has a proven track record of leading HR functions for complex, multi-site organizations and aligning human resources strategies with business objectives. Her experience spans both private equity and corporate-backed entities, where she has been instrumental in designing organizational structures to support growth and transformation. She has driven cultural change, improved communications, and enhanced employer branding to attract and retain top talent, with a focus on performance management and leadership effectiveness.
In her consulting roles, Karleen has worked with emerging startups and established organizations to optimize HR processes, improve compliance, and develop talent strategies. She played a critical role in structuring and scaling a digital identity fraud and verification startup, designing talent acquisition strategies, implementing performance management systems, and aligning HR functions with business strategy. She also supported a cybersecurity government contractor in preparing for IPO, including executive hiring, executive retention strategies, and HR compliance.

Most recently, Sean served as a leader at PRISM Vision Group, where he applied his deep technical knowledge to enhance patient experiences through secure and innovative technology transformations. His strategic vision and hands-on leadership have positioned organizations to achieve sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and robust cybersecurity frameworks.

Since his early days as a software developer, Brian has recognized that the most brilliant technical solutions are futile if others cannot comprehend them.
Brian has supported many clients in developing Intelligent Operations Strategies as a member of Advisory and Technical Services organizations. He has helped large clients build out Tools and Monitoring Strategies for enterprise software deployments in a number of verticals (finance, insurance, logistics, retail)) resulting in solid monitoring solutions and operational enablement in the ServiceManagement layer. He understands the roles in the NOC and their changing reality as Observability becomes an expectation for the businesses they support. He has comfort in helping traditional NOC roles realize the changes required to reap the benefits, as he’s been part of many successful end-to-end.
